About West Air Conditioning Pty. Ltd.

Around Penrith, West Air Conditioning Pty. Ltd. is a name people mention when they need a split system put in, a ducted setup run through the house, or repairs and servicing sorted. They look after homes and businesses across the greater Sydney, Penrith and Blue Mountains areas, taking on everything from a single split system to full ducted replacements and commercial work. It's a licensed outfit too, holding a current licence with the Department of Fair Trading and an Authorised Refrigerant Handling licence from the Australian Refrigeration Council.

What people tend to mention is how tidy the whole thing feels from start to finish. The team turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop, and the bill lines up with the quote they gave. We've heard about how clean they leave a place once the job's done, and how the crew take the time to explain what they're doing and walk you through the options before anything goes in. One local even mentioned the installers thought carefully about how the outdoor unit would look and made changes on the day to improve it.

Ask a regular who's had them out and you'll hear about technicians who are polite, efficient and genuinely helpful, with office staff who respond quickly and keep the booking running smoothly. There's the occasional grumble about a mixed-up appointment time, but the overall word is a positive one, and people come away happy with both the work and the advice.

If you're after a straightforward install or need an existing system serviced, it's worth a try to West Air Conditioning to talk through your space and contact them.
