About Lower Mountains AirConditioning

Based in Emu Plains, Lower Mountains AirConditioning is one of those outfits people around Penrith and the Blue Mountains keep coming back to, year after year. Andrew is a qualified electrician and experienced refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical technician with extensive experience installing and servicing domestic, industrial and commercial air conditioning. He and Anthea run a team that handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial work, and they'll service any brand, even if the unit wasn't their installation.

The thing we hear most often is how smoothly the whole process runs, from the first inspection through to the finished job. People talk about technicians who turn up when they said they would, explain what's going to happen and where units will sit, and clean up properly before they leave. One household had three fixed units put in and particularly appreciated that the team problem-solved the placement so it suited the look of the house. Another mentioned that Damian walked them through exactly where the air conditioner was going and checked they were happy before getting started.

The honest, straightforward side of how they work comes up a lot too. Locals mention that the bill matched the quote and that the pricing was fair, which counts for plenty when you've had a bad experience with someone else. People who've had tricky outdoor unit placements say Andrew took the time to understand what they wanted and made them feel heard, even when it added to the complexity of the job. There's real loyalty here as well, with households and businesses that have used LMAC for years and keep calling them back for the next job because the work has stayed consistent.

They keep regular weekday hours, so it's best to call to sort out timing and ask for a quote. If you need an air conditioning technician in Emu Plains or across the Blue Mountains who'll do the job neatly and stand by what they quoted, this is a name worth knowing.
