Quote Requests & Lead Referrals
When you submit a request for quotes through this site, you are asking us to connect you with local businesses who can quote your job. With your consent, we forward the details you provide (such as your name, phone number, suburb and job description) to one or more relevant operators in your area so they can contact you directly with a quote. If you send an enquiry from a business's own listing page, we forward it to that business only. Businesses that receive enquiries through this site pay us a fee for each lead delivered to them; that is how the site is funded. We pass your details only to a business that can quote the job you described, never to anyone else and never for unrelated marketing. Providing a quote request is entirely optional and there is no obligation to accept any quote. If you would prefer we not forward your details, please contact the business directly using the phone number on their listing instead. We may contact you about your request, for example to clarify the job or to let you know if no one can take it. To withdraw a request, contact us and we will not pass it to anyone else. We keep request records for as long as we need them for billing and record-keeping.
Businesses Signing Up for Enquiries
If you are a business and you sign up to receive customer enquiries from us, we store the details you give us (your business name, contact name, phone number, email address, the area you cover and the services you offer) so we can send you jobs in that area. We contact you by email, and by SMS where you have given us a mobile, about jobs in your area and about your account. Each message tells you how to stop: use the opt-out link in an email, reply STOP to a text, or contact us. We do not sell or share your business contact details with anyone else.
Business Listing Data
Business information displayed on this site is sourced from publicly available data, including Google Business Profiles. If you are a business owner and wish to update or remove your listing, please contact us.
