About Syntex Air

Syntex Air is a name that comes up a lot around Penrith when people talk about getting ducted air conditioning done well. Based in Penrith, New South Wales, the team handles split system installation, ducted air conditioning, and repairs and servicing for both homes and local businesses, and they're the kind of air conditioning technician people call back and pass on to family and friends.

Marko leads the work, and ask anyone who's had him out and the same things come up: he turns up when he says he will, explains the fault or the job in plain detail, and keeps you in the loop from the first quote through to the finish. We've heard from people who had ducted systems fitted into older homes and extensions, work that could easily feel invasive, and they'll tell you the team treated the place with care and left it neat. One local who had a tricky install put simply that Marko was fantastic to work with and the finished result was better than expected.

Fair, straight quoting is another thing locals mention again and again: the bill matches what was quoted, with no surprises. People also point to jobs getting sorted properly the first time, and to tidy, respectful work. The team carries a Refrigerant Trading Authorisation (No. AU51387), so the licensing side is covered.

Syntex Air runs through the week, with the weekends off, so it's worth giving them a call to sort out timing for your quote or job. For ducted or split system work in the Penrith area, they've earned the local trust people put in them.
