Why Choose Altac Air Conditioning Pty Ltd?

Altac Air Conditioning is known locally for tackling jobs other companies won't, sourcing hard-to-find parts and bringing old units back to life. The team turns up on time, keeps you informed throughout the job, and leaves the work clean and tidy. They handle split system and ducted installations, repairs, servicing and commercial work across Penrith.

About Altac Air Conditioning Pty Ltd

Altac Air Conditioning has been looking after Penrith households and businesses since 1988, and it has earned a name locally that most trades would envy. This is a family-owned air conditioning business, and the word around Penrith is that they are the ones you call when another company has thrown up its hands. People talk about Chris and the team sourcing an obsolete part to get an old unit running again rather than simply writing it off.

The work covers split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial jobs, so they handle everything from a single unit in the garage to a full replacement of the ducting in a two-storey home. Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer too, which matters when a system drops out in the middle of a heatwave or on the coldest day of winter.

Ask those who've had them out and the same things come up: they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop about appointments and completion, and the bill matches the quote they gave. People mention the tidy work and the sense that the problem gets sorted properly the first time. One local summed Chris up as friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and plenty echo that they would happily use Altac again.

The odd scheduling hiccup has come up when a technician runs late on a busy day, so it's worth confirming timing when you book. Overall, though, this is the kind of air conditioning technician people in Penrith keep coming back to. Contact them or get in touch.
