About Hero Home Services

Hero Home Services works out of Yennora and looks after households right across Sydney, and air conditioning is a core part of what they do. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted systems for bigger homes. The team brings more than twenty years in the trade, and it shows in the way they approach a job.

The word around Yennora is that this is a crew who turn up when they say they will and keep you in the loop the whole way. People who've had split systems put in talk about installers who arrived on time, worked efficiently without cutting corners, and left the place clean and tidy afterwards. One local who had ducted air conditioning fitted in a double-storey home singled out Ben and Gerry for taking the time to explain everything, so there were no surprises along the way. That clear communication comes up again and again, and so does the tidy finish.

The other thing people appreciate is being told upfront what a job will cost and then seeing the bill match the quote. One household who did their research before calling around made a point of the fact that everything was explained and agreed beforehand, with no hidden extras. When something needs fixing, the work is completed properly without being dragged out. It's the kind of air conditioning technician people are happy to call back for the next job.

Alongside the aircon work, Hero Home Services covers plumbing, gas heating, electrical, blocked drains and hot water systems, so they can often handle more than one thing in the one visit. They're a licensed team (LIC #351669C #387029C) and offer 24/7 emergency service, which is handy when something gives out at an awkward hour. Check in with them to talk through what you need and get in touch.
