About Brian Brothers Electrical

Brian Brothers Electrical looks after split system installation, repairs and servicing for households and businesses around Parramatta, New South Wales, and the feeling around the area is that they turn up when they say they will. People who've had them out keep coming back to the same things: the team arrives on time, keeps you in the loop from start to finish, and explains what needs doing in plain terms before any work begins.

Sam comes up again and again, one of their technicians who gets singled out for being honest and clear about what a job needs, whether that is sorting out a switchboard or chasing down a fault. Dino has also been part of jobs locals speak well of. The crew carries licensed technicians, and folks mention diagnostic work being done methodically, the cause identified and explained rather than guessed at. One local summed it up simply as clean, efficient and service, and plenty of others say they would have the team back for the next job.

Emergency call-outs are part of what they do, and we've heard good things about the team responding when the power drops unexpectedly, including over a weekend, and getting things running again without fuss. Tidy work gets a mention too, which matters when someone is in your home or on your premises. On pricing, several people describe fair, upfront quotes with costs explained before the work starts.

To be fair, it isn't glowing from everyone. One person was unhappy after a call-out, feeling the problem was left unresolved and the charges steep. That is worth knowing, though it runs against the grain of what most locals report.

If you need a split system put in, serviced or repaired in Parramatta, Brian Brothers Electrical is a name worth calling. Ask them about timing and get a quote for your particular job when you ring.
