About Cool air Pty Ltd

Cool Air Pty Ltd is a family-owned air conditioning business that has been looking after homes and businesses around Parramatta and the wider Western Sydney area for over ten years. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and commercial work, and the consensus around Parramatta is that they're the kind of team you call back for the next job.

A lot of the good word centres on Ricky and his team. People who've had them out mention being kept in the loop from first contact through to the finished install, with the final bill matching what they were quoted. We've heard they turn up when they say they will and leave the place clean once the job's done, which households notice. More than one local points to tricky fixes being sorted properly, from gas leaks on ducted systems to control board faults on splits, so this isn't just straightforward swap-outs.

They offer emergency call-outs too, and one family still talks about Ricky coming out on Christmas Eve when their air con quit just before a house full of guests arrived. If you need a hand outside normal hours, it's worth asking what they can do.

Cool Air is a licensed and insured team, and they offer a free quote, so you can get a clear idea of the job before committing. They're also listed as LGBTQ+ friendly. For a split, ducted or commercial system that needs installing, servicing or repairing in Parramatta, this is a local name people are happy to pass on. Check in with them to talk through what you need.
