About Eastern Air Conditioning

Eastern Air Conditioning is a familiar name around Kogarah, New South Wales, and ask the people who've had them out and the story tends to be the same: a job done properly, start to finish. The team designs, installs, services and repairs both residential and commercial systems, so whether it's a single split system for a bedroom, a full ducted setup, or air conditioning for a business, they cover the lot. Operating since 2008, they've built a solid local presence that people clearly trust.

What people appreciate most is how straightforward they are to deal with. Locals mention technicians turning up when they said they would and keeping them in the loop along the way. The bill lines up with the quote, which is a relief for anyone who's been stung before, and the crew leaves the place as tidy as they found it, taking old units and waste material away with them. More than one person has talked about a problem being properly diagnosed, explained in plain terms, and sorted without fuss. One local who'd had a run of dodgy experiences elsewhere said they'd finally found an air conditioning company they trust, for both a home and a rental property.

The people side gets a good run too. Ross comes out to quote, and names like Andrew, Zac and Jayden come up for installs and service work, with the office crew handling bookings and enquiries smoothly. They're described as polite, knowledgeable and genuinely nice to deal with, which counts for a lot when you're letting someone into your home.

All technicians are fully qualified and licensed, the business holds Contractor Licence #338183C and Refrigerant Trading Authorisation #AU35618, and they carry full insurance. One customer has called them back for the next job. If you need a system installed, serviced or repaired around Kogarah, contact them and check in with them.
