Why Choose Alpha & Omega Air Conditioning?

About Alpha & Omega Air Conditioning

Alpha & Omega Air Conditioning is a locally owned business working out of Kirrawee, New South Wales, handling split-system installation, ducted air conditioning, commercial jobs and the repairs and servicing that keep systems running through Sydney's coastal climate. Established in 1989, the team brings more than 30 years of local experience, and it shows in the way they go about a job. They are fully licensed and insured.

Ask people who've used them and you tend to hear the same thing: the crew turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop through the install and leaves the place clean when they pack up. People also mention the bill matching the quote with no surprises bolted on, and the office side runs smoothly too. Several people around the Shire single out Danielle at reception for organising everything and keeping things moving, with Nigel, Daniel, Liam, Joel, Nelson and the installation crew getting a nod for neat, no-fuss work.

The team is comfortable recommending the right setup for a home, whether that is a handful of individual units or a WiFi-controlled zoned ducted system, and they take the time to walk you through the remote and the paperwork once it is done. Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer, so it is an option to consider to check availability if something has packed it in. One household did run into a holdup over some unfinished flooring work, so it pays to confirm exactly what is included when you accept a quote, but the broad sense around Kirrawee is a positive one.

They keep regular weekday hours, so contact them or check in with them when you are weighing up a new system or booking a service.
