About Frost Air Conditioning Pty Ltd

Frost Air Conditioning Pty Ltd has been a familiar name for air conditioning in Castle Hill and across Greater Sydney for a long time. The company has been operating since 1971, working across domestic, commercial and government jobs, and the reputation around the district is that they know ducted systems well. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work, and they fit and service all the major brands including Actron, Daikin, Fujitsu, LG and Mitsubishi.

Check with those who've had them out and the story tends to run the same way, from the first quote through to the final walk-through of a finished system. People talk about a proper home inspection, clear advice on sizing and the right model, and office staff who stay in touch and answer questions along the way. The consultation side gets real praise, with technicians happy to explain the options so you can make a sensible decision rather than feel pushed. One local, overwhelmed by quotes for a strata apartment split system, came away delighted that Frost sorted everything from sizing to installation and even ordered an electric evaporation tray to solve a condensate problem.

On the day, locals mention crews who turn up on time, work efficiently and leave the place spotless, with the finished job done to a high standard. The bill matching the quote comes up often too, along with sensible pricing and the occasional rebate. People have had old ducted systems that soldiered on for well over two decades replaced without fuss, and some come back to Frost for ongoing servicing. If there is one grumble, it's the phone menu system, which a few find a bit much when they'd rather just talk to someone.

All Frost technicians are fully licensed and insured. For a new system, a repair or regular servicing, get in touch during the week to talk through your options.
