About Frozone Air Conditioning

Frozone Air Conditioning is a family-owned business working across Belrose and the wider Northern Beaches, and the verdict around the area is that they do things properly. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, and ducted air conditioning, so whether you need a single room sorted or a whole-home ducted system put in, this is the kind of air conditioning technician that can take it on.

People who've had them out talk a lot about how neat and considerate the work is. Technicians turning up on time, removing their shoes on the way in, and leaving the place spotless afterwards all come up again and again. Several locals mention how well the team communicates, keeping them in the loop through the booking and the job itself, then walking them through how the new unit actually works before they leave. One person described the finished installation as much quieter than the old unit thanks to the care taken setting it up.

The names that keep surfacing are Vic, who leads installs with his team, along with Gary on communication and bookings and technicians like Shane, Tuan, Johnny and Shane. Folks around here mention Daikin ducted systems and AirTouch controllers among the work they've done, and the general feeling is that people are genuinely happy with how everything performs afterwards. Plenty say they'd call Frozone back for their next service or a new install without a second thought.

There's a transparent online quote system that people find easy to use, and Frozone offers free quotes. One local did note a difference between the online figure and the final price where no on-site visit happened first, so it's worth confirming the quote is firm before work starts. All technicians are trained in-house, and the business is fully licensed and insured.
